How to Record Your Opt-Out
Pick the option that’s easiest for you. Both set your preference so we keep it on record.
Submit Online (Preferred)
Log in and submit your opt-out request instantly. We’ll confirm by email and history is stored in your account.
Submit request in settingsEmail our privacy team
Send your request from your registered email and include “CCPA Opt-Out” in the subject line. We verify and confirm within 10 business days.

If you prefer postal mail, email us first so we can mail a pre-filled form. Return it with signature to formally record your opt-out.
